What does your workout split looks like? Do you train each body part on a separate day or combine certain muscle groups together. There are several splits you could adopt to gauge what works best for you. For instance, I have a pull, push session and separate days for core and legs. For push, I focus on chest, tricep and shoulder muscle groups; for pull, I focus on back, bicep including adjoint muscle groups like lat.
